Scouts must schedule their Project Review or Board of Review by the 3rd Thursday of the month. Scouts scheduling a Board of Review must have their completed workbook and application submitted to the Jefferson Service Center by the 2nd Thursday of the month. Be sure to make three copies of your workbook and application before submitting it to the Jefferson Service Center. Scouts scheduling a Project Review do not need to submit their workbooks to the Jefferson Service Center and should bring two extra copies with you on the night of the Project Review.

The Eagle Board meets on the 4th Thursday of the month by appointment only. To schedule a Board of Review or Eagle Project Proposal Review please submit your appointment request by clicking here.
