WHEN: The training will be held on Friday March 19, 2010 beginning at 5:00 p.m. and will conclude on Saturday around 10:00 p.m. WHERE:The training will be held at Scoutland. Who should attend? What are the areas of training?
You will become a member of a patrol in a adult training troop. As a member of a troop, you will learn how to train boys in troop operations including troop meetings and outdoor activities. You will learn how the advancement program works from Tenderfoot through Eagle Scout rank and how to organize the troop committee to provide an effective program for the boys in your troop.
What should I bring? If you have the Official Scoutmaster Handbook and the Boy Scout Handbook, bring them. A pen and paper will also be necessary.
