It’s Easy! Simple! Fun! And
Profitable!
March 13 Get your cards!
Leaders attend the March Roundtable meeting and Card Kick Off to get
cards and materials.
- March 14 Sell your cards! Scouts pickup cards from their
Leaders. Card Sale begins. There will a limited amount of
cards produced. Let your Scouts know how to get more cards.
Plan to pick up cards from boys that don’t sell theirs in a
timely manner and redistribute to others. Card managers can
pick up more cards (as long as they are available) at the
local council service centers. Remind parents that they must
return any unsold cards at the conclusion of your sale.
April 26 Close out your
sale! Card Sale ends. Money can by turned in at any time but all
accounts must be cleared by April 26.
-
Collect money for cards sold on regular basis,
such as weekly. Make regular turn-ins to the council office.
Keep in mind that the cards have a limited availability and to
be successful, we need to recycle them to other boys and
possibly other units. Collect money from each Scout for cards
sold. Collect all unsold cards. Ask each Scout what Prizes they
have selected. (Each Scout received a Prize brochure in the
mail.)
April 27 Get your prizes! Order your
free prizes on-line for a quick efficient delivery and distribution
to your Scouts!
-
Using the Individual Sales Record Form list the
Prizes(s) each Scout wants. Total up your prizes on the Pink
Unit Prize Order Form. There are two ways to order your prizes,
the Best and Easiest and Fastest is to submit your order
on-line. If you are unable to order on-line you may submit your
form to the council service center with your final money turn
in. Your prizes will be shipped to your designated address in
approximately two weeks.
